I'm using Hybrid Office 365 and Exchange 2013 SP1 CU15.
When I need to provision a new mailbox in Office 365 for new users.
May I know what's the difference between creating the mailbox using the below screenshot [Office 365 mailbox]:

Compare with creating it via the long way:
1. Create the mailbox OnPremise
2. Wait for AAD Synch
3. Manually perform Remote Move Migration to Exchange Online.
Any help and suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
