CAS and Mailbox Clustering Exchange 2013

I have 3 virtual machines across 2 hosts. All 3 virtual machines are running Server 2012 standard and Exchange 2013 with CU1. All 3 servers have both the CAS and Mailbox Roles. The Witness server is a separate VM also running Server 2012. I have created the DAG and have all 3 servers part of it and the Database is replicated across all 3 servers.

My ultimate goal is to have full redundancy so that if any one (or 2) servers fail my exchange server stays up and the users do not even know anything happened.

The server names are:EX-MBCAS1, EX-MBCAS2, EX-MBCAS3.

Right now I have my public IP (and DNS, mail.mydomain.com) translated, via ASA 5505, to the private IP of EX-MBCAS1. So if EX-MBCAS1 goes down my exchange services still go down.

How to I get my full redundancy? According to this: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj898588%28v=exchg.150%29.aspx I can't have both DAG and WNLB running on these servers? Did I set this all up wrong or am I missing something?

How do I accomplish my goal of full redundancy of both MB and CAS roles across all 3 of my servers?

Thank you.
