Hello, we installed a new SSL cert on OWA which reset a lot of redirect/SSL/authentication settings. After fixing those everything SEEMED to be working but we discovered this morning something odd. It was first pointed out to me that now in OWA from outside our office if someone reads an email, it no longer updated the read count on the inbox unless he manually refreshed. I investigated and discovered that in addition, going to the ECP->Settings->Mail doesn't work either (all other ECP pages seem to work fine. That page mostly just returns a blank screen, but occasionally will show the option but with none of them filled in with the user's settings, and at that time clicking save locks it up.
To add to the mystery, it seems to work fine from inside the internal network, it is only outside users having this issue. That would make me think possibly an issue with the TMG, but nothing changed on the TMG, and EVERYTHING else passes fine, its just this one page. Considering I had to reset a lot of SSL and Authentication settings on IIS to get OWA working again, I'm thinking thats where the issue lies, but I am unable to narrow down what setting this would need to be.
Can anyone assist? Thanks
