Outlook don't show all mails but owa does.

Todayone of my serversreported high CPUconsumptionfor about3hours, during that timesome users did not receivesome emails in Outlook, howevercheckingin OWA, the emailsarethere butthese can not synchronizewithoutlook, I tryed restaring Outlook but nothing happends.

Is there a way to sinchronize manually all (or one) user mailbox from Exchange server? the big problema is I don't Know how many users could have this problem.

Any help will be appreciated.
